My wife thought they might get in the way but after I installed them she was impressed! Detailed review. The first discount is a quality rod! Much better than I thought. Our laundry is very small. This bar (pictured) above the washer and dryer was already there. Our front weights are on supports. You can see how close the original pole is to the ceiling. We couldn't downgrade it. If we did that, clothes would pile up in the washer and dryer.
