Great case for a project but a little pricey

I used this for a DC load project I made from blueprints and it works great, has airflow slots on both sides and removable front and back panels to hold heatsinks, display and banana plugs etc Install Metal is very thin and when you pull out the banana jacks, the front panel flexes a lot. The display flashes erroneously due to the kink. It's also a bit pricey for a thin metal body. It's also a great box with lots of space and mounting options.

Good quality! - Electrical

I used this box for a project to hold a small microcontroller. Stepper motor driver and power supply. I was able to easily install an ATX power supply on one side of the case and the rest of the project on the other. The vents worked great and the front and back were solid overall. Very good for this money. Surprisingly durable for $. Makes me think of an older oscilloscope box, smaller and a little stiffer but still worth the money for a prototype project. , it works great.

Unique design and superior build quality

This case is unique in that it is very modular. The top and bottom halves can be separated, and the front and back bezels are separate pieces. The fact that the bezels are separate makes them very easy to use. You can also replace the front panels if necessary. This is very important to me as it allows you to reuse the project box or change faceplates as the project has evolved. Box for many projects for money

I ordered this pack to build a PID controller. I purposefully leaned against this device, as it already has cut-outs on the sides for cooling. Although my first box had a piece of the plastic frame chipping off (Revain sent me a replacement), I'm impressed with the fit, finish, and rigidity of this unit. I was expecting the box to be aluminum as it is only described as 'metal'. It's steel instead, and the blue matte finish looks a lot nicer than I expected. Since I was planning to use a carbide
