Electronic Kitchen Timer Cooking Concepts Review

I bought three of these for my class. They are overpriced and one is missing half the numbers so cannot be used. I'm disappointed.

I use these timers in my classroom to measure exam times, read minutes, etc. I needed a few more timers for the coming school year and ordered these here. It keeps time very well, is loud enough to alert you when the timer is up, and is very easy to use (important as I have second graders who count the minutes of reading themselves).

The buttons are a little flimsy but it costs next to nothing. I bought several of these because I wanted to have several kitchen timers for cooking. That's true, but setting the time is a bit cumbersome. However, it's cheap and works well, although you have to press the buttons carefully at times.

I bought this timer for elementary school based on Lauren's review that this timer can be used for countdown or countdown. The packaging looks the same as the timer in the picture, but it's strictly a countdown timer. There was nothing in the product description or packaging that promised it would count, so I'm not penalizing the product with a lower score, but I was disappointed. I hope this review helps others avoid the same situation.

I was looking for a cheap electronic timer after I died completely. My local store had timers for as little as $16 and up, and for the purposes I needed them for, less money was a lot better.
