An absolute BEAST among lamps. I would say it's an intermediate setup. We were arguing over whether this or any other rack cost three times as much. We've had two other hanging pot racks in the past and this one is well thought out, reliable and easy to install. The hardest part was moving the control box to the center of the rack above the island, but this allowed for a robust fan tray.
