Worked great on AC unit

My kid broke the plug end of the window air conditioner. It had a circuit board. I tried adding a regular plug but it has sensors to detect the bottom. I read the comments and decided to give it a try. It took me about 20 minutes to open the device to swap out the entire cable, but after that it worked great.

Works great with cords, adapters and multiple sockets

I only bought this air conditioner a few weeks ago to have an extra so it would be great in a kennel. If it wasn't new I would probably give it away and buy a new one. The new power cord was very easy to replace, definitely would have been easier without my long nails. Air conditioning works great! Every few months I put up for sale a French bulldog that loves to destroy electronics......laughs.

Perfect fit for my portable air conditioner

My portable air conditioner had a fault through the plug and multiple socket strip and as my 1 year warranty had expired a week before I knew it I was ready to throwing it away and buying a new one until i decide to start looking for parts, luckily i found a spare for the universal power supply. Works perfect! It was easy to install with only three wires, two to disconnect and a ground wire to screw on. It only took 20 minutes to disassemble and reassemble.
