🚀 Marines Chrome License Plate Frame by Elektroplate: A Durable and Stylish Addition to Your Vehicle Review

Good frame for my Marine son's truck, but there are a few issues, at least for the Ford Ranger we installed it on: I had to trim the saber sheath to fit, and the bumper gets in the way of the underside of the frame so the word "Marines" isn't visible. I wouldn't have bought it if I had known beforehand but I didn't return it because we wanted the frame on the truck when my son came home on holiday to pick it up to go to his base.

Great frame. The details (color and 3D images) are very well done. It comes with a Marine Corps verification/clearance so it's best to have it last. I've had 2 other Marine Corps metal plate frames that worked fine, but once winter and salty roads arrive these plates will eventually rust. Of course you can clean them, but the cleaning will only be partial and the rust will return in no time. I hope this frame will survive many winters without these problems. I definitely recommend this frame.

For such a nice product it was poorly packaged, bent and a little twisted. I managed to get it almost back to its original shape by gently twisting it in the opposite direction. It was very tight on my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie but I was able to install it. Unfortunately, when opening and closing the tailgate, the frame of the license plate caught on the tailgate so hard that it made a loud clicking noise and peeled the paint off the tailgate. I will return it for another one that fits.

I wanted something that reflected my spirit, but I wanted something cool that wouldn't leave sticky glue all over it when it falls off - this license plate frame is perfect. It arrived fairly quickly, is durable and stylish, easy to install and has held up pretty well over the past year. My only issue is that some of the painted black enamel has chipped off the MANES lettering on the bottom row. I live in a land of snow, ice and salt and often drive my car in winter so this is to be expected…

So good and durable you'll ever find it for less than $100. Chrome works very well. Hopefully the little 1 inch insert in the bottom left corner will hold up in a car wash. Went through one but I just installed it. The frame is a little larger than some but it fits my 2009 HONDA PILOT tailgate with room for top and bottom. . They have about 1/4 inch up and down adjustment since the holes where the screws attach to the machine are slotted vertically and not round. We bit O up and down for you so

Before I start let me say I love the plate - excellent quality, looks great. However, it is recommended to measure before purchasing and I wish it was suggested here (most cymbal holders are perfectly square/universal so this is not an issue). I had a plate holder before that fit well but didn't look that good. However, the EGA drops off so much at the bottom that it interfered with the installation in my case.
