Probably toxic BPA free

(They block low reviews.) I really liked the mug, the look and the size, but I was so surprised to see the quality of the plastic inside . Lid! Definitely not like BPA free. That's probably why they say you have to take it out to put it in the microwave. There is no information on the mug or box that the product is BPA-free or what temperatures are appropriate for the item. No insulation, holding sleeve too thin for hot drinks

Downgraded from 3 to 2 stars. The glass is thick but not insulating, meaning the outside heats up just as if it were thin glass. The rubber holding sleeve is too thin, it transfers heat, so the mug is difficult to hold when the drink is hot - e.g. B. Tea from my 180 degree teapot is too hot to hold. Useless design best in coffee cups and mugs

Do not buy. There is a recess at the top where to drink. Unfortunately, this means the piece of metal at the top will touch your upper lip when you try to drink. If the drink is hot, the metal in the center is HOT. Also, this indentation is lower than the average metal piece and you have to tilt your head back to drink. and I mean far back.
