A 4 inch pipe is 7 inches long but when assembled it is closer to 9 inches. Who measures these things? Unreal ads can be so fake. Now this thing is sticking out too far from the wall.

Product arrived on time and well packaged. This is a durable product; a bit heavy but fits well on the wall. ... but you might also want to invest in pipe threads to ensure that if the pipes come loose in the right direction, they stay screwed in the right way.

They (bought two) are great for hanging my plants! I went on a wooden window sill so I shouldn't have any problems. You have options with it since it's in multiple pieces so I didn't use an elbow or longer pipe and it's only about 5 inches from my wall! I used thread seal tape to make the fittings nice and tight! Very happy with this product!

Well I guess you get what you pay for. They give you screws which obviously won't work if it's drywall or if you can hang it on a stand. So I had to buy some drywall screws and what not. Also, the tubes aren't big enough for standard hangars or larger, bulkier items like jackets or more than two pairs of jeans. Other than that the design looks good and is suitable for hanging my work clothes.

At least one other review mentioned this, but I missed it when ordering this kit: The 6" connecting tube at the top is *not* deep enough to fit standard hangers to wear (maybe , junior hangers will do, but I don't have them). I had to hastily assemble the kit by swapping out the 6" pipe with one of the 9" side pipes. It's not symmetrical, but now my hangers fit perfectly.
