Description of πŸš€ ELING Waterproof MPH GPS Speedometer Gauge 160MPH for Car Motorcycle Boat with Backlight 3-3/8 inch 9-32V

Open a 3-3/8" dimension and 2-3/4" depth hole, put gauge into it and fasten. Hook up easily, 3 wires connection(power, ground, lighting). This is complete unit, can work directly with gps sensor together, not need other sensor cables. Mount the sensor at any position, on or under the dashboard. It takes about 30 seconds to get signal in the first time, but less than 3 seconds after that. It gets quicker under a clear view of the sky. Sometimes if signal is missing, pls. reconnect all wires and restart it. It shows current speed and odometer(cannot be reset), no trip meter. If you also need trip meter, pls. search for ASIN B07KPHDFDB, B07KPHC1ML or B07KPG7XT3. 9-32VDC(12VDC/24VDC) Working Voltage, Red Backlight, 1 year Warranty

An excellent sensor for pumping the motor

I did the pumping of the motor and the sending unit from the trance could not be contacted. GMC 7500 Top Kick pulled a Cat 3126 and installed a Cummins ISC 8.3 with an Allison 3000. The customer now has a very reliable speedometer that doesn't talk to the car.

Pros
  • a practical thing
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

Pinpoint accuracy. in gauges

Looks great on the dash and works great once connected to the GPS. Make sure you give it enough time to connect to the satellite the first time. I would also recommend placing the antenna out of the way of a metal dashboard. I placed it on the lower left side of the windshield and it works great.

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Empty

Do not buy. for lighting and electrical engineering

I've plugged this thing in multiple times and couldn't get it to work. Constantly shows an error err. Triple checked the connections and even hooked the unit up to a 12v battery in sight with the same issue. I'm a satellite technician, so I know what's going on. line of sight. Very disappointed after having modified my car's original speedo sensor to fit. Do not buy. The instructions are not detailed and do not include troubleshooting tips.

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

I was skeptical at first, but now I'm convinced.

I bought this speedometer because I needed it on my hot rod. I just couldn't imagine being fined for not knowing how to hook up a speedometer to my existing transmission. It sounded like the right answer. I'm glad I tried it, it worked great. It was about 2 mph, but close enough that I wasn't surprised at how fast I was going as I enjoyed those long drives in my truck. So good that I bought a second truck for my father-in-law.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Some small things

110% worth it: Gauges

Looks fantastic, very easy to connect and accurate. If you're like me, I was skeptical at first when I heard about "GPS" speedometers. What should I do if I lose the signal? What if I'm in a remote area where my phone doesn't even work? So true? But I was surprised when I installed this on my Accord, it worked amazing for me and so far I've never lost signal (I've even traveled from CO to WA!). Even when my phone wasn't connecting, this thing has never let me down. It takes about 3-10 seconds…
