Elitehood Ipad Tripod Stand (headphone jack issue)

I love this stand and use it to rest my iPad Air 2 and iPhone set below. It's lightweight and works well. There is an issue with the iPad headphone jack. When the iPad is on the stand, the headphone jack is covered by a rubber cam that keeps it in place. I turn the rubber corner down so it doesn't overlay the headphone jack, but they are curved and not designed to hold them that way. CELEBRATION! Stands: Computers and accessories

Stable stand. I was a bit skeptical at first as everything but the stand itself is plastic (like the iPad and iPhone holders) but they seem to hold the devices well. The iPad wallpaper in the photo is an illustration I made using this stand. I bought this stand primarily to help me with my Bible study. The 12 " I-Pad is too heavy for this holder.

The product is light to thin, but for some this may be a feature. The tripod design is unique to this holder and may not be easy with other devices that use a tripod. The main holder attaches via a ball with a plastic clip. I'm a strong person and often couldn't squeeze hard enough to keep my iPad from slipping. Use it to play music so that's bad. The ipad clamp itself then attaches to the ball head with 4 tiny lugs that seem to snap into slots.It shifts fairly easily and I've accidentally done

Light to underpowered but may be a feature for some. The tripod design seems unique to this holder and can not easy to be used with anything else that uses a tripod. I was looking for a stand for my iPad Mini and iPhone11 when I ride my trainer indoors. The pictures and description were so vague that I thought my iPad Min would fit on the top bracket, but it doesn't (the bracket has a diagonal mount of at least 10 inches).
