Outstanding customer service support, solid product engineering execution

Very clear communication of my needs by Sales rep who took her turn as point person for project. Product/Team aligned with overall process required / benefits to be realized & delivered against both short term milestones along an extended life span delivery (L5D). Great teamwork between internal resources at Elastic and external vendor team from NPMBDCG with strong CMMi rating. Clear understanding was developed over several engagements regarding what our capabilities were or could address going

Pros
  • Ease in building simple, complex integration solutions using REST API endpoints which is great if you don't want your own devops skills; )Easy access through admin console where one can create their OWN custom dashboards that meet specific business requirements.
  • Ability To deploy locally before pushing changes upstream via git commit into master branch so no need worry too much when push goes awry : )Allows me more time spent doing other tasks while
Cons
  • There are troubles

Great scalable platform especially paired up well together in pair programming manner

The ability to scale our solution horizontally with minimal resources required makes it easy for us as developers when we need more capacity at certain times of day or week-end etc., We can easily add new nodes without downtime because its just another running process within same system unlike other cloud providers which require redeployment after adding node/s into their infrastructure! There are some things I do not like about this service but nothing major enough so far where i would say you

Pros
  • One of the best feature and one of the most important is that we can spin up more resources without downtime! Its just like running another process within same system!
Cons
  • Nothing really as such! I believe elixirata offers something unique and the benefits they provide is unique compared to other cloud vendors!
