I have and still use this glue for gluing items into albums. It doesn't get dirty, is easy to work with and holds up well. Easy to clean off your fingers too! Paper glue of my choice! So happy to receive it!

At my toddler's daycare, this was on the 'list' of items to buy for the year. This is a genuine item and was good value for money. They sold out at the local store as all the other parents got rid of them before the first week of school. Happy with this purchase!

The product did not come in the usual paper packaging. Instead, as other reviewers have pointed out, it arrived in a postal package. I have always used this brand and didn't feel the need to read an adhesive review. The sticks are also smaller and thinner in size.

Received 8 disappearing purple glue sticks from Elmer's but came in a plastic bag, not the Elmer's packaging shown in the picture. I opened up a piece of tape to make sure it was new, not dry and all ok. I will update if there are no others. I would have preferred the original packaging which is why I gave this order one star.

No problem, I tested all 8 sticks and none were dry. Love the purple to see where you've already applied the glue and the fact that it becomes really transparent as it dries. My kids love them and I love letting them use them. Most importantly, there is no need to worry about making a big mess and it can be easily cleaned up afterwards if they manage to make it messy.

I ordered this to complete a gift for my daughter's preschool class. I ordered it because the description said it would come in a box that I could wrap. However, it was 8 individual glue sticks in a small disposable packaging that didn't look presentable. At a minimum, you should not post a picture of an item packaged by the manufacturer unless it is what you are buying.
