i like them but the jets are stuck in the caps

i want to love them but a couple of jets got stuck in the caps and had to throw them away even though they are new. 4 and 6 year olds have better accuracy and less glue waste.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • for retirees

The kids love the Sticky Stick!

We used these at a scout meeting and they thought they were the MOST AMAZING glue sticks/glue sticks! Everyone took theirs home. Lots of glue for a decorative project we've been working on. Slightly watery so the glue should dry evenly.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Not the best

Not economical at all.

I like the efficiency of the small opening tube, which allows you to apply a small amount of glue to the paper at no extra cost, but it doesn't last long. I wish they had designed the tube to be easy to fill. For less money I could buy a big tube of glue and just apply glue sparingly with cotton swabs.

Pros
  • Stationery & School Supplies
Cons
  • Folding Box

Small Things Matter

This is your classic Elmer's School white glue in stick format. Ideal for small art projects that require a thin layer of glue. I was working on an English paper quilt and used glue stick. It was a little messy and made fabric covered hexagons much easier and cleaner to make. The glue dries fairly quickly depending on how thick you apply it. Suggestion: Buy some crayons, then grab a big bottle of Elmer's Glue to top up to be even more economical.

The best little glue sticks!

I use these little glue sticks when making paper beads and they are perfect for applying a small amount of glue to the paper strip as the final step in the bead making process. Another great thing about them is that they are reusable; You simply unscrew the cap, fill from your large bottle and they are ready to use again. I sent a package home to my grandkids because they love how well they do their paper crafts. They're definitely on this year's One of My Favorite New Finds list.
