I like that it is easy enough for anyone with little knowledge about computers or software development to use. It also has an intuitive interface which makes navigating through it very simple. I like that it is easy enough even if you are not very tech savvy or computer literate. You can do all your emails from one place which makes things easier than having multiple programs open at once! It does take some time getting used too but after awhile everything will be just fine with this program. I love that it allows you customize your template depending if what type (transactional or responsive) of templates are being used at this time as well where it uses A/B tests so they can quickly see how users responds which ones will be kept after testing them all! It would have been great is there were some other options such as allowing only certain types such like transactinal vs Responsive rather than having both available when creating an automation instead maybe just 1 option should show
