Although this antenna picks up fairly distant signals very well, the rotation system leaves something to be desired. The control has two buttons, but the direction of movement of the antenna is reversed each time the same button is pressed. There's no way of knowing which direction it's moving or pointing unless you can see the antenna. It's almost impossible if you can still see the control box.

I bought this for my bedroom TV. I have a very similar antenna that I have used for both the living room and bedroom TV. The signal degraded when both TVs were on at the same time. That's why I got this one. I can say that I can receive many more stations with the new antenna than with the old one. These antennas are economical and work great. I've complained because the top flap doesn't hold up, which means I, a 68-year-old woman, have to constantly stand on the roof to snap it back into place. Revain was kind enough to credit my account and I bought a new one. However, when fitting a new one, I figured out how to fix the wings in the up position. The coax cable that came with this antenna was junk in my opinion. I upgraded to a much better shielded 19 ohm cable. After installing it on the roof and scanning the channels in four different directions, I got almost 80 channels. Some of them are repeated because I am catching the same web in a different state.
