Ordered 2 of these and delivery was very fast, within a few days of ordering. 1 came with instructions and charging cable only (no box), 2nd came with charging cable and charging box only. It would be nice if both came with a charger, but whatever. I would give 5 stars if everything came with both tablets.

We received the tablet on Tuesday and sent it back the next day after not charging at all. The charging port looked really melted!

I was very happy to get this tablet for my son but it just sucks. The content was great but it broke. The sound just stopped working and nothing we did made it work. I took it to a place and they couldn't fix it. I contacted the manufacturer and they were basically joking. In the end I got my money back. I would not recommend this product. Just buy a regular tablet with a good protective case.

Some of the kids apps were out of date and didn't work. I still don't have a browser on the child page. However, it holds a charge better than our pbs tablet and is faster. It's an Android, so you can install your kids apps on it. Rostock is online and some of these apps are useless. You don't have access to the sprout food unless. You are visiting a website which I said cannot because the browser is unavailable. So yes. For my 1 and 2 year old it's ok so far and better than the PBS tablet…
