I was extremely disappointed by this carving set .The blades were dull and not sharp at all, making it difficult to even cut through basic meats. The handle was uncomfortable and difficult to grip while cutting. The only positive thing about this product was the affordable price. Overall I would not recommend this product to anyone who wants a functional set of knives in their home and kitchen..

I love all the items I've bought from Emeril Lagasse. So when I saw this set I was glad I needed all 3 items. The cutting board and fork are still good. This knife is so badly made it's made up of bad products because I hand washed this knife like all my good sharp knives and yet it broke off although it has never been dropped and it looks like it will loosen metal from handle. The knife is actually very good. Heavy but not so heavy that it's difficult to use, and cut nicely the first 2-3 times
