Perfect fan speed! Have 3 on the porch and couldn't be happier! Moisture Resistance Rating: Sealed truly tight, each fan comes with a perfectly matched set of balanced blades made from a plastic compound that won't warp when exposed to the elements or RPM. Much better than my two wet Hampton Bay fans on the back porch. The speed is too low at altitude and I'm going to replace them with these Emersons.

Very happy with this fan, however I was a bit disappointed with the initial balance of the blades. Five fan blades are supplied in a sealed bag with an indication that the blades are the same set (accurate to within 1 gram) and should not be mixed with blades from any other fan. But when I first started the fan, it was far from balanced. I would give zero stars if possible. Bought in May for a new gazebo but couldn't hang until the power was on. When we finally opened the only box supplied, we found that it contained only one fan; We were charged for the fan, lighting kit and remote control kit. The photo shows the contents of the box. I just received this fan and had it professionally installed. It was installed on the trusses of my boathouse and works within the trusses. First, we didn't need an ornate fan with bright lights. We wanted a simple 3 speed train. Finally, how often do you change the fan speed.
