The leather thimble sews well

I don't like this thimble. It was too hard and heavy to work with on my finger. I will not buy again. I go back to my clover leather thimble

Pros
  • It's great
Cons
  • Some bugs

Stronger than it looks

Simple and light. Protects thumb, fingers or palm. It all depends on how you wear it. Much more versatile than the traditional thimble. It's made of leather but is held together with a rubber band. This makes it durable and comfortable. Bought to sew "Recon" patches to the uniform by putting pins in his hand. Works perfectly

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

Elastic is too tight to sew

I like the leather part of the thimble. But even though I do NOT have thumbs, the rubber band that held them together was so tight that it cut off blood circulation in my finger. I tried to connect it, but the elastic was so short that it was impossible to weaken it. But like I said at the beginning, I like the thimble itself. So I cut a small elastic and threaded it through the holes and then tied it to a more comfortable size. I know a rubber band doesn't last forever, but rubber bands are…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
