This engine part did not meet my expectations. The dowel was difficult to install and did not improve the performance of my car. The one positive aspect was that it was made of durable material. Unfortunately, the difficult installation process outweighed the durability factor. Overall, a disappointing purchase.

Worked perfectly. I checked the pin height before installing the main bearings and they were within spec. My only concern is that the press fit was too tight on some of them, but that could be the case with the new case as well.

I rebuilt my motor and after closing the case with these new pins it didn't spin at all. I reopened the engine block, put the old ones in and closed them properly and it turned fine. This is a big waste of time and money. I have used a caliper and found that these new dowel pins are really too long.
