Looks like a remote control that I lost. I was expecting a little better quality, but this works perfectly. No need to program. It's also very light.

Unlike the others, this remote control works. I had another remote where only the on/off button worked. THIS REMOTE CONTROL DOES THE JOB. 4 stars because the forward button fell out.

Works as it should, perfect replacement, item is much lighter than the original remote as the plastic seems a little flimsy, but otherwise works almost perfectly, which I think is just missing one YouTube button

I had an old version of this remote that was discontinued and broke. I was told it's the same / just a different option. I was very sad to find out that there is no YouTube button. It's a great remote but I miss being able to access YouTube on my TV.

I can't believe I was in agony trying to use the original remote control that came with our TV. You should have seen the kind of dances we arranged trying to get the "enter" key to work. That was the best money I've spent in a long time. This remote works great! It seems lighter than the original to me, but I can definitely live with it.

Our original remote broke so we ordered this as a replacement. Looks and works the same. The only difference from the original is that it had a YouTube button while this one doesn't have one (yes my 5 year old is obsessed with YouTube and now doesn't know how to find it haha!) You can still click access YouTube. , you just have to go through the Smart Channel to get there. Strongly recommend replacing the remote control!

It's "lighter" and "cheaper" in quality than the original that came with my TV, but it was the only place I could find a replacement remote. So I was happy to find something inexpensive and functional. Looks almost the same with a few small details that are slightly different, but works very well with my Hisense TV. I took it out of the box and added batteries and I didn't have to connect it to my TV, it worked straight away!

I did not receive the model I ordered. I ordered EN-33926A and received EN-33922A. The model number was actually covered up with a piece of white tape! It was easy to see that the tape didn't come with it, so I took it off and saw that the model number was wrong. It controls the TV but doesn't all have the same buttons and some of them aren't localized. in the same place as the original. I'm glad it works and will be a good replacement. This product is NOT a genuine replacement for the remote control that came with my TV. It's weightless and cheap. This is my first bad experience with Revain as a consumer.
