Beneficial for businesses big & small

The benefits of this product are its ease of use and it's ability to keep track of all employee information in one place. It also allows me to access my data via mobile devices or the web at any time which makes things so much easier! I've not found anything that I dislike about this program but if you want an easy to manage solution then give it a go! We have been able to streamline our processes by using this application to store employees documents such as pay slips, leave requests etc…

Pros
  • Easy upload function for new staff.
  • Ability view reports directly online without having login into system every day
  • Quick response from customer service (they were always quick & helpful)
Cons
  • Not being allowed admin permissions when we need them
