I can't say enough good things about this product and I will be using it over the years to come. it worked very well to cover my browning lawn over the summer and has lasted over about 4 months. It comes concentrated so you just dilute it with water as instructed. You then use it with a pressure sprayer to cover your lawn. I used a cardboard box to cover the pavement so that I could get to the edges of my lawn. Overall it was a little bit of work for a nice result.

If you have anal retention issues regarding uniformity, accuracy, cover, alignment, and overall color temperature than this product is one I recommend. If you are over 40 years old, already have the greenest grass in your country or state but you want your grass to be more national, I recommend this product. I love the color it looks very rich and deep. However the coverage is terrible. The container says 5000 to 10000 square foot of coverage. To get a quality color that's not even close. The section of grass that you see is green is 1600 square feet. It took the whole gallon to get that. My yard is less than 4000 square feet I should have been able to do the whole yard with this one gallon per the instructions. Mix it per the manufacturer's specification. Be sure to choose your color based on the type of grass you have. The color you see here is premier +. I tried fairway first and it was to way to dark. This color seems to match my Turf when it's green and not going dormant from heat stress.Get a decent backpack sprayer or an electric one. Just did a small area in back to test before the front lawn. mixed @ 8oz / gal may bump it up a bit for the front.Regular hand pump sprayer.thinking its going to be about 5ksq/ft per gallon with my application rate.

Looks great, really makes my Zoysia lawn stand out when it goes dormant. This stuff isn't cheap but only lasted about a month. It looks really natural and I caught some neighbors on my cameras stepping in the yard to touch and feel.

Easy to use. I used double the amount that I expected to use but that's why I went with the gallon. Came out nice, just be sure you have a good sprayer with a wide angle nozzle.

Because it should be plastered on this product as large as a cancer warning on cigarettes, DO NOT use this product if you have dogs. It doesn’t dry in an hour, it never really seems to fully dry and my dog is green on paws after normal dog behavior or worse as you can see in the photos ! It really should have a massive warning, hope I can help others suffer the same dog owner fate.

I live in E. TN and the house be bought has some bermuda.not a problem in the summer. Virtually impossible to get out as you know. I use this to spray green and it works great - wear old shoes, mix it and do clean up on the lawn, not driveway! Looks great!
