Works but not as expected

I only have 2 rechargeable D-cells that I use with this charger now can use. But when I put in only 1 battery, the charging indicator does not light up. I have to put at least two and in specific slots for the lights to come on. So I have no idea if the battery will charge or not if I just put in one at a time. From this I would conclude that my block is partially defective or the charger is cheap and generally defective. If it wasn't for this problem, it would otherwise look fine.

Pros
  • Turns off when batteries are being charged, protects against overcharging and extends battery life
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something

I'm not thrilled. You know, like battery acid.

With a brand name like Energizer on the front you would think the device would work as advertised. Unfortunately it didn't do much. The LED on the side lit up, but the batteries didn't charge at all, and I even bought fancy rechargeable ones. So I bought a cheaper one I have at work and charged the same batteries and worked. I think I should consider returning this unit, it wasn't cheap. - Missed return window. Seems a bit short for a product that takes time to work. Spring. It's up to me I…

Pros
  • Provides a full charge of 4 AA batteries in 5 hours (time may vary depending on NiMH battery)
Cons
  • Doubtful

Not what I ordered won't charge fully it's waste

I just realized I'm not the only one not really what gets I ordered. I ordered in January 2019 and received a 4 port charger that doesn't really fully charge any of the batteries causing them to drain quickly. I charge and replace the batteries at multiple locations daily or weekly. I thought I misread the description but I see I wasn't alone. For €35 I would have expected better quality. I only bothered because I didn't realize it wasn't what I ordered and I didn't want to spend more on…

Pros
  • Built in adapter and detachable cable makes it easy to store when not in use
Cons
  • Some little things
