For years I have been cooling my shop with a 18000btu thru wall air conditioning unit. It worked great however it was noisy and not energy efficient. So far so good. We are 45 days in now wito our new AC and we love it. We just set it to 74 and forgot about it. Install was pretty straight forward. The instruction are the worst I suggest not reading them! I did and I got in trouble and the manufacturer had to send me a new inside unit. I attempted to bend the factory bent lines to use the left line exit. Lets just say that was not possible and I ended up with new parts. The manufacturer was more than accomodating and supported me with no cost

In one word, amazing. This unit was delivered exactly as described and much quicker than quoted. If you are not a fairly advanced handy person do not attempt to put this in your self. The directions leave something to be desired. Overall this unit is extremely quiet, I didn’t think it was running at first. The fit and finish of the machine is beautiful. So first off if you’re thinking for a DIY it was a little bit harder than I anticipated and I have tons of experience in construction so there’s that also I really like this device and heats up my thousand square-foot living room with ease within a matter of 5 to 10 minutes.
