Nice plate on wall plates

Was a nice upgrade from the dirty plastic almond plate that was there. Goes well with the stainless steel appliances in my kitchen.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • -

Definitely better than expected

Slightly more expensive than other options but worth it for durability and looks. Just expect to get $1 a year out of it (maybe even cheaper if it lasts 10 years!). I will buy you separate plates for all my other switches in the house.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Mostly good but...

Arrived with a cut clean tidy

Came with a cut + dirt. After cleaning the product of dirt the cut was less visible and I went ahead and used it because I couldn't find a light switch cover like this in my area and didn't want to wait any longer with my light switch open. (This shocked me once).

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • I have no bad feelings about it, everything is fine

Plastic panel with a plug on one side and a square hole for a light switch.

It has delivered on all the promised goals of being made of plastic and being attached with the screws provided. If I needed another two-piece plastic panel with a solid plug on one side and a square hole for a light switch on the other, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Not sure

Rigid with enough flex

I've tried flexible outlet covers but they never lay flat against the wall. I have also tried thermoset exhaust caps but they are very brittle and break too easily. These thermoplastic covers are the perfect combination of rigidity to mount to the wall and enough flexibility to tighten screws without fear of the cover cracking. Definitely worth a few bucks more.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Modern

It worked great and goes well with all my other switches

Hard to find. I went to all the local box stores and couldn't find this anywhere locally. I had a dual switch, one controlled the light, the other the fan. Instead I installed a remote controlled fan. I put everything in a single switch and left one of them dead. It drives me crazy to have a switch that doesn't do anything. I closed it but I needed something else to hide it. It worked great and goes well with all my other switches.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Poorly thought out
