I have a log home and the wall is uneven. The old style wall panels tore when I tightened the screws. This works well and the screws are slightly longer than the originals. Happy with the purchase.

This was purchased to replace a 'better known' brand exit plate which was prone to cracking if over tightened. It's nice that the included color matching screws are "fixed" to this wall plate for easy installation, especially with 5 decora switches to align/adjust.

Big Box could not be found locally and contacted Revain for a solution. In a few days: the work is complete. It doesn't seem like a bulky item, but our bathroom remodel resulted in merging two junction boxes into one and it was a beautiful, convenient and welcoming way of solving our problem!

Great price plus first class shipping, you can't beat it! I had to remove, push and tap the panel 7 times. Huge remotes crammed into a 5-post box needed to be perfectly aligned, and that wasn't easy. A commercially available decorative plate would break on the first try. The plate held up and still looked good when I was done.

I bought this because when I bought a plastic cap to replace a cracked cap at home the new one ripped with very little tightening. This lid is definitely more flexible. I was able to fully tighten all of the screws without cracking and it even helped fill a small gap as the wall itself was not flush.

I purchased this version from Home Depot and while it might do the job it cracked when I screwed it in. You just don't have to use the Home Depot version and just order that. It is slightly larger than a standard plate and will not break. It's more expensive, but if you have to, just pay the extra money and get it out of the gate and save yourself the trouble of making the HD version worse.
