Impressive Wireless Automation for Electrical Systems

Based on my experience, this wireless automation system is top-notch for industrial and scientific settings. The connectivity and ease of use make the installation process a breeze, while the interchangeable components offer flexibility and versatility. The energy-saving feature is a major pro, allowing for cost-effective operations. However, the price may be a bit steep for those on a tight budget. Overall, an impressive addition to any electrical system.

Pros
  • Easy installation, energy-saving feature, interchangeable components
Cons
  • Price may be a bit steep for some

It's junk for sockets and accessories

This thing sucks. I have 6 of these and they're all going in the trash next month. After some time they first stop reporting power consumption, then the physical controls stop working and then completely freezes until you turn off the brake on the main switchboard. A week or two later the same thing. I had their Z-Wave (older version v1) and it worked fine but not the Z-Wave Plus version. If you don't want a headache, skip this one.

Pros
  • With smart meter, an energy monitor that monitors and reports the electricity consumption of a connected device in real time. Energy-based control
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Spent about an hour installing and figured out all the settings. I think I will buy more to replace all sockets with Z-Wave. I bought several Z-Wave modules from this brand, which used to use Z-Wave 300 chips for the project, and now they use 500 chips in this new version, which should have faster communication and low power consumption. Will do a test to see what the difference is

Pros
  • The Z-Wave Dimmer Switch offers wireless dimming and lighting control from anywhere with an internet-connected device. Works as part of a home automation system for intelligent lighting control, energy monitoring and associative scene management
Cons
  • Unfashionable
