These are actually cups that go in front of your breasts. This I don't need as my breasts are already a D cup. When I wanted was a wedge to go UNDER my breasts to give them a little more support. I really like these. They are thin and comfy. I can even wear them without a bra. These are just to prevent everyone else in the room from knowing if I am cold or not. They will not lift or enhance, but if you just want them for a bit of coverage, I highly recommend!

Because these are bigger/around not oval/oblong shaped you may need to buy a bra that has a bigger cup so that these dont stick out the sides/in the cleavage area.
