Do. Not. Buy. This. Just go to anywhere else and buy something else. Super watery. One coat and I was like oh heck no. I ended up just switching.

This paint goes on easily, keeps the grain of the wood visible, and washes very nicely. There is minimal odor when painting which was a plus as well. I intend on painting a small bookshelf for my daughters room. I applied one coat over the sanded top and I really like how it looks so far. I intend on sanding and completing one more coat prior to finishing with a sealant. Looking forward to finishing my project when I return from a vacation! Just now opened the bottle of Quaker Blue to use on one of my woodworking pieces and it’s definitely purple, not blue. I’m a week past the return window so I’m stuck with it. I will not be ordering anything else from FolkArt. Buyer beware.

The color I chose was close to a dark wine color. When it went in it was bright red and when it dries it was closer to a dark pink. I had to paint over it. It did cover well and was easy to paint over.

The color is close to the color on the bottle. It's smellIs abit off. I used this color to enhance a black and white photo of my son. The tones in the photograph wereDefinitely enhanced by the monument gray. It wasGreat the paint dried so quickly.

Super easy brush clean-up with water. So much so I wondered if it was permanent paint or not when dry. I wish they would list the ingredients. Covered about 4 x 4 feet for me on cloth. I think if I rub it after it is dry it does come off a little on my hand. Very chalky.
