These are beautiful but very delicate. My 1st set arrived broken and shattered, but quickly replaced no problems. After 2 weeks, 1 glass was broken leaving me 1. I love making fancy coffees in it and having my morning quiet tea time. It is microwaveable, but I dare not put it in the dishwasher because I'm afraid of it breaking. I do love them but be very careful with them stressing how delicate it seems to be.

Beautiful, seamless, well made cup. The problem is the 10oz cup doesn't hold 10 ounces. It will hold 8oz comfortably, 9oz if filled completely to the brim. I wanted a short cup that held a lot. Is not exactly as described. Minus one star.

I like the cups. I got them because I make espresso and I wanted something smaller than my mugs for "american" coffee. The glass is a little thinner than I imagined and one arrived shattered out of the box.

The mugs are great and I loved the design. One of them came with a small defect and once I emailed the customer service they promptly answered and assisted with a replacement. I definitely recommend it!

Cups are glass.be careful when washing. I already broke one. But they make a nice presentation for tea or coffee latte. The lid is too big, making it difficult to drink from.

I was shocked at how much hotter my latte was in these cups, versus my old stoneware cups. That double wall does help hold in the heat. These cups are just the right size for use with my Nespresso machine and they seem to be well made. My new "go-to" cup for latte or cappuccino.

They are very delicate and I like that about them but the rim is turned in and it causes dribble down the side of cup. The lid is difficult to remove, making it hard to clean.

Keeps my latte hot for 30 min. Love it! My favorite cups, I bought more. But be careful they’re glass so super fragile. One broke after tipping over from the espresso stand. I didn’t expect it to shatter on the side like that, but it did. That’s my only complaint, I wish they were a bit sturdier.

The weight of this cup is perfectly balanced. Not only is the shape unique but it "sits” well. Often double walled coffee cups feel tippy but not this one. I will buy another 2 pack for sure. The packing of this product was also worth mentioning. Very secure and no breakage. Love them!

I like glass coffee cups and they are not easy to find. This one is just the right size for my morning caffeine intake, I took off one star because it's supposed to help coffee stay warmer longer. That doesn't work, at least not for me.

I love drinking out of this mug.its lightweight and easy to clean. It can handle hot coffee and keeps your hands from getting burnt while handling the mug.

Yes they are very light weight but easy to break, I have them less than 6 month and both are broken, I don't recommend to buy.

Loved these! The double wall keeps the coffee warm. But I wish they were a tad bigger. I use them for my Nespresso Pods and can only add just a little bit of creamer before it overfills.They also feel very delicate.

The insulation feature in these mugs does work. I forgot about a cup of tea and returned to it ten minutes later and it was still at drinkable temp. I also really like the modern look, which is not so modern that it conflicts with my more traditional home.

These mugs came very well packaged. The mugs are lightweight which was what I was looking for. They are double walled which means that they are cool to the touch yet keep the liquid hot. Conversely it would keep a cold drink cold longer. The mugs have a sleek look and the handle is comfortable to hold. They dishwasher safe, microwave friendly and they look great!
