Great Customer Service Support Team

The ability of this platform is its great customer service support team which will help you in every possible way so that your business can grow with them without any hassle or stress at all from our side only! I have not found anything bad about it yet but if there are then please let me know as soon as they come up because we would definitely fix those issues quickly for sure!! Pretty good, easy to use and provides value

The ability of having an in-depth view into your prospects' buying journey is great for understanding what stage they are at when it comes time make decisions about which product or service you should be offering them next! It's also nice that we can have conversations with our customers via chatbot without ever actually talking directly (which I love!). Sometimes there isn't enough granularity within one prospect so sometimes this doesn’t give us as much insight - but overall not too bad if…

  • Can easily see how far through their journeys my clients progress, even across different brands; very useful to determine potential future campaigns/offers accordingly

  • Difficulty setting up new accounts due mostly because salesforce doesnt like me

Great resource to keep up-to date and informed

The insights are extremely valuable for our team in terms of how we can best target new accounts with future offerings from them as well as what they may need right now that is not being met by other providers or partners within this space! It's hard sometimes when you have so many different features/offerings available but it makes sense once your eyes begin glazing over because there just seems too much choice out here!!
