The ability of having an in-depth view into your prospects' buying journey is great for understanding what stage they are at when it comes time make decisions about which product or service you should be offering them next! It's also nice that we can have conversations with our customers via chatbot without ever actually talking directly (which I love!). Sometimes there isn't enough granularity within one prospect so sometimes this doesn’t give us as much insight - but overall not too bad if used properly. We've been able solve some customer problems by using enlifyht insights such as where do people come from after searching online? Where did those users visit before coming back again later downline etc.?
