Rollworks is great at cross functional campaign management and automation

The analytics are phenomenal if you can get past some basic glitches in the UI. I think it's been updated since we first signed up two years ago but there continue to be issues with how pages refresh or load versus our expectations. It takes 15 seconds sometimes but not often enough to use another tool where you don't have this issue. We needed better tracking options for outbound campaigns that showed attribution within 24 hours. They also worked with us to build custom reports when other…

  • Not really sure why certain features take too long (updating campaign info/tracking)
  • There is room left open at times

This product has been very useful in our organization because it makes sure everything we need for campaigns are readily available within one place. It does have many features but they seem pretty intuitive once I understood how things worked. The interface could be more user friendly though there seems like some lag time between actions or clicks when trying to navigate around the system sometimes which can cause me to lose focus on what i am doing if nothing happens too quickly! Easy Drip Delivers Excellent Results

I love the platform and the ease of use. I can easily create campaigns and track them. There's a lot of tools to help me achieve my goals. I also like the ability to create personalised emails to my leads. I can also segment my leads and send out emails to specific segments. Review of Roll Out Rate Technology for AI Platform

We've been using this product since early 2018 when it was still in beta - as we had some pretty major performance issues before they made improvements (lots more RAM). Our usage has increased significantly over time so our business critical systems have definitely benefited from us being able use one app instead multiple apps across different platforms such As Infusionsoft & Hubspot + Zoho Campaigns etc..
