My son just switched from size 5 to size 6 Carters shoes. Size 5/6 baby slippers fit perfectly. We have a blue monkey. The back of the heel has an elastic band for an easier fit. I love that the floors are actually rubber for wood floors. To update. We ordered another pair that looked like a dog and the fabric was different than the first pair and it wore out terribly in just 2 weeks. The fabric has rolled up and now looks frayed.

Nice slippers for a baby. I bought these for my 2 year old to have something warm and non slip to wear at home. He usually wears socks, but we've just moved into a new house with lots of hardwood floors, and I was particularly concerned about him slipping on the stairs. He loves his puppy slippers and so far (at about 2 months) they seem to be holding up well. The fabric is soft and stretches a bit so they should fit for a while.

I find them cute and comfortable as my 2 year old loves to wear them. After seeing his reaction I initially wanted a few more for other places we frequent but waited to see how they held up given the mixed reviews. After about 5 weeks, the fabric of the inner lace peeled off and the padding around it lost its shape forever. The outside still looks good so you don't realize it until you look inside. So I will not buy multipliers. I think it's still a good buy at a price to throw around the house
