Poor portability and poor quality.

length and diameter tolerances are very poor. They don't "click" properly because they are too short and the eyelet, insulator and shield are misaligned so it can be difficult to insert and remove. Also, there is no screen solder hole, just a crimp.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • repair

Affordable stereo cables

A classic example of what you are paying for. The women's side is too short. The cable doesn't actually connect to it, it just lies there haphazardly, waiting to be pulled out. They're just as loud as the cheap thin cables that come with beginner guitarists. If it wasn't for that they might come in handy if you're careful, oh and they all are, so unless I have a whole pack of lemons there's a reason they're cheap.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Protection

Tips aren't sure

Tips on these things aren't very sure if you solder the wires you lose the positive connector. So if you connect and disconnect them, get something better. If they stay connected to the pedalboard, everything is fine. I installed a pedalboard and it had a bad connection, I also unplugged it from the Trip Plus and the tip came loose in the connector. And it was very difficult for me to pull it out.

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • Tut

DO NOT BUY THIS INAPPROPRIATE PRODUCT

After all the bad reviews you would think Revain would say goodbye to this manufacturer. It's just rubbish. One of them turned my new $200 LA Lady Programmable Overdrive into an expensive paperweight. Sealed sockets made it impossible to pull the tip out of the exit socket. I had 8 more in my soldering station parts box and threw them all in the trash. Buy them at your own risk.

Pros
  • Positive only
Cons
  • Hard to say

Don't waste your time.

I had some old guitar cables that needed fixing. The description says they are sturdy, they are not. I spent the evening fixing cords and thought it was pretty cool. I had problems as soon as I used one. he started cutting. The tip of the connector was loose. I took it apart and found that the only connection it makes is pressing against the edge where you attach the wire. There is no kind of fixed connection. renders plugs unusable. I know they were cheap but even free would have been too much

Pros
  • Keeping my fists
Cons
  • Something fixable

Crappy construction

I don't write reviews but when I first removed this connector my new $350 pedal had a piece of said connector that had to be disassembled and the Warranty voided on said pedal. Here's what you get. The tip was simply crimped and stayed in place. In addition, the solder pin structure is very difficult to process, the sheet metal is even thinner and cheaper than other connectors. Whilst I managed to get a piece out of my pedal and luckily everything is fine, buy at your own risk. Jack might saveโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have gone with a newer model
