I ordered 6 of these in 2018 and they all ask about liquid leakage into the insulated area, No cracks, no. I have another brand that I ordered in 2012 and they refused all the time. I replaced them because the glass was a little scratched. By the way, some cup handles are not smooth. These mugs were a bad buy and have obvious quality issues.

If it were possible I would put negative stars. The boy took us with him. At first they seemed perfect. We bought a set and were initially so impressed that we immediately bought a second set. Unfortunately, they fail after about 5-6 months. Somehow the water gets between the two layers. Yes, all 4 suddenly started getting water between the layers. We had to leave them. No, they haven't been dropped or scolded, I just use them every day. Such a shame.

I ordered this kit and the kit from another company for almost the same price. I ended up returning another one because this brand has better quality, nicer design and thicker glass. It's definitely more durable. It looks amazing in my coffee station and the lattes and cappuccinos look amazing in clear glasses. I've had it for 2 weeks now and nothing has broken yet and I drink about 3 cups of coffee a day. I love these mugs! I wash it by hand, I haven't tried washing it in a bowl yet.

I bought a couple of these mugs and they arrived safe and sound. However, I found that one of them had four small cracks on the handle. I emailed Epare support and they quickly sent out a free replacement. So far, so good . Until the replacement arrived the following week. Not only was the pin on the replacement cracked, but the crack was circled with a black marker and had a label next to it that said "crack." Epare 12oz is a winner for me. All three cups are good. Without testing it, I think they all keep you warm about the same. Bodum Bistro feels best in my hand, much heavier but holds less and costs a lot more than Epare and Jocobi.
