I like that you can customize all of your data fields to fit our needs as well how easy it was for users from other departments (not just IT) within my organization, too make changes without having someone in programming get involved with them first! It also helped us keep track better than we did before since now everything has its own category/section instead if being scattered throughout multiple tabs or sections which made finding things easier when searching through reports etc..
