We use this Epsom salt bath for our little one to protect her from school germs and to replenish missing minerals that she may be missing due to limited (toddler) nutrition. She sleeps so well afterwards. I love that the ingredients are simple and only contain what a bath salt should have and not a whole bunch of additives. Definitely family friendly but love that it's kid friendly!

I'd happily give five stars for the benefits of Soak and Sleep! My 2 year old is wild. He needed at least an hour of TV time before he fell asleep. But tonight he fell asleep after 15 minutes. It's really adorable! But for my skin care it doesn't help at all. My baby's skin still cracks after bathing! So anyway! I will keep using it!

If your child is unwell and has sleep regression I would recommend this product. I use it on my 3 and 4 year olds and it works wonders. I let them play in the bath for about 20 minutes, then a good rest of up to 10-12 hours. I've also used it on myself a few times and it works great on adults too.

My son is 1 1/2 years old and often wakes up crying at night. He has all his teeth intact, so I started to wonder if growing them hurt. We used to be a bit nervous after the bath but now it's very calm and cold which makes bedtime a lot easier.

I bought this for my 2 year old bathtub. Some nights he has a hard time falling asleep, and we used up the whole bag at just two tablespoons per bath! It is sensitive to many things and didn't give us a single problem👍It worked well, definitely relaxed, my very hyperactive child could tell the difference between the nights he used it and the nights he didn't. I would recommend, the smell is a bit strong at first when you fall in the water but it's nothing that bothers you very much.
