Excellent customer service.

Colour: Warm White G4 Base After some research I found these LED replacement bulbs - I wanted the bulbs to replace the halogen bulbs under my kitchen cabinets as my grandson burned himself touching a very HOT halogen bulb. These lamps are the right size and easy to install. The intensity and light color are perfect for my kitchen. They don't get hot (which is especially important to me). Great extractor hoods!

I've used halogen lights in my Wolf Hood for years (and if you use halogen lights you know they give off a lot of heat, use a lot of energy and burn out quickly if you use them a lot, but sorry change) - not to mention the high cost! WARNING: THESE LED LIGHTS WILL NOT WORK MORE THAN 3-6% OF THE RECOMMENDED 25,000 HOURS!

Seller is located in China not USA. Unfortunately I only found out about this after the fact as I have a warranty claim as I initially thought they were in the US. It doesn't matter to me where they are located, what matters is that they provide the customer support they tout when selling these faulty LED bulbs.
