I'm a size 32 waist, the middle strap fits well but didn't give me the support I wanted. I have found that a 4 inch tapered leather weight lifting belt suits me better. Returned the money for a refund.

Slim. Just under clothes. And comfortable. Worked wonders for absolute support when you raise your back and need pain relief to get out of bed or a seat. Would buy again. Actually. Bought again

They are great for standing and lifting at home or at work. My husband couldn't believe the difference in how much better he felt. Now he uses it at work and around the house. A comfortable fit too. Very happy with this brand.

I have owned this belt for 2 years now and have bought 2 more for friends. I will order gifts again. It's supportive and will continue if you care. The price of this belt is very reasonable so why complain. You were looking for a cheap price and got a good product.

Like most of us who have worked in the industry I have worn many of these over the years. This one is as good as any of them and does exactly what you're used to. I learned a few decades ago that wearing them UNDER your belt is MUCH better. It does not move during operation, providing comfort. Yes. I recommend it. 👍

My first large Ergodyne ProFlex 1650 was great value and offered support and comfort. I was delighted with this well-made, inexpensive back brace. 5 stars without a doubt. I lost weight and ordered a medium size. After 3 months one of the support ribs broke through the seam. It's only a matter of time before I lose the edge completely. $4 a month is fine, but I wish the second was longer.

Price is ok but I wish I'd paid more attention to how they seal (or rather don't close) the threads underneath. When you receive yours, run your lighter along the bottom edge seam to prevent anything from unraveling underneath. Mine only lasted two weeks but I was also very rough with it so for the price it really wasn't terrible; and if i sealed the bottom i would use it longer. But for example for occasional quick use this will work fine, but for intensive use at work - look for something…

My husband slept in an uncomfortable position which caused him pain in his side and lower back muscles.
