Eh Gloves and Mittens

Bought for use at work. I work outdoors and work with my hands all day. Pros: comfort and warmth. It works. That keeps your hands warm. The strap that holds back part of the mitten is great. Beautiful, big and not lost. Cons: no rubber grip. Suede-like material is not suitable. The gloves are tough. And last but not least for me. The strap holding the thumb caps is too wide on the glove. This flip top mitten is uncomfortable and difficult to store.

This mitten top snaps into place by tucking under the vent at the back of the mitten. It is very difficult to keep the flip tops in place. With mittens on, it's almost impossible to get your thumb under the slit, even with open fingers. This is very inconvenient because in a mitten you can't keep your fingers in line with the flip top.

Not well done. The seams are very uncomfortable.

I use this type of glove in any cold weather, from moderate to extreme. The basic design is the same as all pairs I have. The material looks cheap. They seem to shed water but are too uncomfortable to even try. The seams dig into the ankles. They are very poorly matched to the size of the fingers. Maybe I got a pair made by a new guy. If there was any quality control, it was overlooked on this pair. The little finger of the right hand is like a tourniquet, and the middle finger of the left hand

Buyer Beware Cold Weather Gloves

I am giving these gloves a terrible rating because they seriously hurt my hands. But I love these gloves. The best wet and cold weather gloves I've ever had for work. But they generally suck. I have sensitive areas of nerve damage on my hands from these gloves. The attention to detail from the tailors of these gloves, their quality control sucks. It was very cold and my hands were starting to hurt like I'd banged my thumb on something, but I didn't. But it hurt like I'd bruised a bone. I liked…
