It's high quality but doesn't support my back.

Yes, it is well made. But I don't feel any support in my back! I bought this chair for $620 because my back hurts, I thought it would be better. But my old $100 Walmart chair is even better than this one for lumbar support. I need to use a pillow to support my back, so what's the point of buying one? Very dissatisfied.

Pros
  • Looking forward to it
Cons
  • The cable is shorter than others

Comfortable but fragile

I have been using this chair as my primary office chair for about 5 years and while the chair is comfortable enough it is not very durable. First the plastic levers on the underside of the chair came loose and dangled freely under the seat. One of the armrests broke after a few years and didn't hold up. Then eventually the hydraulics in the chair failed and the chair slowly began to lower throughout the day. I've used it for a good few years but for the price I expected it to last a lot longer.

The best chair I have ever sat in and amazing.

$650 for a chair!? Yes, I thought it was crazy too. Then I bought a bed for 2,000 and it changed my life. I decided to learn from this lesson and spent money on this chair. I work from home 3 days a week which means countless hours in this chair and it was worth every penny. I used to have sciatic attacks and needed massages, but haven't had any since. I returned the money there alone. Seriously, if you can afford to spend your money on things that make your life better, this is definitely one…

90 percent there, but still five stars

The chair is not perfect, but I still give it five stars. There are many things I like about it - the adjustability, the size, the construction - the mesh is too springy (ie weak, like rubber bands). I also wish the foam padding in the armrests was a little stiffer. The front ends of the stops are flexible and I fear they will fail over time. Just a guess at the moment. On the other hand, before buying this chair I bought a GM Seating ErogHuman at a comparable price and although this seat is…

Worth every penny! for home office chairs

I've never spent more than $100 on an office chair, but I'm a designer so I needed a good chair. And this one was worth every penny. It supports in the right places and is infinitely adjustable. The frame of the chair is very strong - no wonder the box weighed over 60 pounds! The wheels roll like butter on a hot pan. We live in a hot climate so I like that the fabric seat is breathable. Some buyers have complained about the difficult assembly. For real? Since we chose not to use brackets…

Deserves a solid 4.5 stars

This is the most expensive office chair I have ever bought and I love it. Yes, I will definitely buy more. However, here are my pros and cons so you know what you're buying. PROS: - It is well built and has a solid construction. - The mesh ventilates my body very well. - Many positions and adjustment functions. - The headrest is great. - Lower back support is great - Price is spot on. CONS: - My butt rubs against the back of the seat - The armrest is very poor - Doesn't recline far enough for a

Honest. This chair should cost $200. He's breathing and that's the only nice thing. The headrest is fine. The tension spring that holds the back of the chair is very weak. I've got it at the strongest level and you're about to fall onto your back in a chair. I've had this chair for a year now and it still annoys me. It's not comfortable at all down there. it cuts off blood circulation in the legs, which is extremely dangerous. I am male, 210 pounds, 6ft 2in. Hands don't move back far enough…

A good option for tall people. moderate

While researching this chair I came across a website that had several reviews stating that a 6ft 4in user found it uncomfortable. There are also some reviews saying that this is a good option for tall people. I've tried many chairs, from the cheapest to the most expensive. This one suits me best so far. I'm 195 cm or just under 6ft 5in and weigh about 220 pounds. Please note that if you are really taller than me you will likely need a custom made large high chair. My torso and legs are about…
