Great buy! The stool is durable and soft on the feet with excellent overall support. You can research the general benefits of an ergonomic toilet as they are beneficial. As for these types of stools, this is the one. Also, this company is great! If you don't have one of their bidets I would highly recommend it! I have one in every toilet (yes they are that economical) and I recommend them to many friends. I can also recommend the stool.

I've thought long and hard about a stool, given the benefits of Eastern culture where squats used to be the norm. I was convinced to buy it because of the discounts offered to their previous bidet user. I've been using it for almost a week. The pillow is really soft and makes "walking" comfortable! You feel comfortable and your feet lie perfectly on the soft inner lining!
