As with most products, you just don't know till you try it out. Arrived in 11 days (within specified time). Had it together in a very few minutes. Ordered due to foot/leg problems of recent. It immediately had a positive effect for those issues. However, it killed my back in just two days. I gave it some times to see if my back would adjust, but it didn't. I'm 5'10" and 180 pounds. I was a little nervous about the dimensions of the chair. It is smaller than a Lazy Boy, but it's not made for that. I use it to watch TV. The Lumbar support is great because I have horrible back pain. I put it together in less than 10 mins! Ingeniously engineered. Granted the material is not the best but it is soft and comforting. It was $130! Where in the world can you get a new reclining chair with free shipping for that! Only Best Buy. I love you guys!

This recliner is surprisingly comfortable for the price. I will update this review if any problems arise, but so far I have been nothing but impressed with this chair. So my initial chair was defective which was frustrating. With that being said I contacted the seller and they responded immediately with a new chair and didn't require me to send the other back. As a handyman I was able to rig the detective chair up to work and gave it as a gift to my brother in law. So all in all I was impressed. The chair is great and the seller is ever better.
