They work very well. They're small but easily handle my Fender Supersonic 60W 1x12, which weighs about 55 pounds. The only thing to watch out for is that the screws that come with it are long and of good quality. Unfortunately, I thought they were long enough to go through wood and damage the reverb tank, so I replaced them with slightly shorter screws. Now I can stop breaking my back lugging the amp around. I bought these casters to replace the rubber feet on a Peavey MC212 2x12 vertical cabinet. The cockpit is fairly compact for an upright 2x12, so 2″ wheels seemed a good fit to me. As for the diameter of the wheels, I wanted to go on the smaller side so the cab is less likely to fall or roll away in the event of an impact, but I think I went too small so the wheels roll smoothly and the casters spin smoothly out of the box.
