🗄️ Ernst Manufacturing 4302A Drawer Divider System - 2.9-Inch, 6-Compartment Review

Really great product for organizing my large multi-drawer tool chest. It's a little tricky to measure and assemble at first, but once you get the first one everything else is easy. Conveniently, you can adjust each divider differently to accommodate different sized tools.

Nothing to say, this is a "great" product made from a very durable extruded polymer. I cut the parts with a miter saw and they were very easy to install. . After installation, the cross brace can still be moved by sliding it to any position. I even put a thin black mat underneath and it helps hold all my tools in place.

According to the manufacturer's description, this product is 7.5 cm tall. But it won't fit in a 3 1/8" deep handyman toolbox drawer. I would probably return it, but I've already trimmed the front, back, and both side rails to fit the width and depth of the drawer. Box of 30 Dollars and 30 minutes down the drain.

I wasn't sure how this separator worked until I got it. It has two types of rails. One goes around the perimeter of the drawer and has corner brackets to hold it together. The other rail is the spacer and has its own clips that attach to the rail around the perimeter. My issue is that the spacer rails are precut to length as opposed to the perimeter rail which are two fairly long rails. My drawers are quite deep and I wanted to split them into L and R in the middle. Well, the divider rails…
