Great Monitoring Product With Amazing Support

I like that it helps give me insights into what is happening on our network, and that it integrates with other vendors we use. It can also be confusing to setup if you're not used to how it works. The help docs could be better or more in depth. Setup is a bit complex since there are so many options to setup but once installed it's very easy to use and get started monitoring. If I ever have an issue or something stops working I just open up support ticket and they usually respond within 30…
