I like that it helps give me insights into what is happening on our network, and that it integrates with other vendors we use. It can also be confusing to setup if you're not used to how it works. The help docs could be better or more in depth. Setup is a bit complex since there are so many options to setup but once installed it's very easy to use and get started monitoring. If I ever have an issue or something stops working I just open up support ticket and they usually respond within 30 minutes from when i submitted the request. We've been able to find vulnerabilities faster than before and identify threats quickly. Our team has been able to work together easier as well, it was difficult when one person would monitor certain systems, now everyone can view all of them and work together from there. eSecurity has been around for many years and has been a trusted partner for many of our clients. They have a good team, and they have been very responsive to our needs. I am not a huge fan of the UI, but that is a personal preference. The product works well, and I have not found any issues. We have been using eSecurity for many years, and they have always been responsive to our needs.
