I like the smell but my cats don't. At least they stop fighting for a moment when I open the can and push it towards them, making it easier to distract/separate them.

I'm in love! I love this product. At night I rub this into my dog's paw pads and nose. She loves the process of putting it on and the product itself. The only downside is how harsh the balm is. I have to make a nice move and warm up the balm to use it. But how good is the product worth

I use this on my dog's paw pads. It's not very soft so you have to scrape it off a bit and then soften it enough to rub on your paws. But the smell is great and it feels great as soon as you put it on your feet. My dog doesn't try to eat or lick it so I'm glad it can stay and hopefully hydrate well enough.

My dog loves this and seems to work well. Smells good and non-toxic. I carry it in my purse. It's much more convenient to carry a lavender spray with you. I give my dog a sniff of the balm before putting it on his paws to start relaxing. It doesn't replace a calm, steady handler, but it helps. I recommend using whenever possible before the peak of anxiety sets in to prepare for a potentially high anxiety situation.
